EDUCATION ACT 2015 (NO 28 OF 2015) - SECT 115

Non-application of other Acts

Unless express provision is made to the contrary in this Act or the Regulations, the Financial Management Act , the Audit Act and the Procurement Act do not apply to a school representative body.
