EDUCATION ACT 2015 (NO 28 OF 2015) - SECT 133

    (1)     The Registration Assessment Panel is established.

    (2)     The registrar must invite, in the manner the registrar considers appropriate, nominations for membership of the Panel from:

    (a)     the Agencies that the registrar considers appropriate; and

    (b)     the non-Government school sector.

    (3)     The registrar must appoint members of the Panel from the persons nominated.

    (4)     A member holds office on the conditions specified by the registrar.
