EDUCATION ACT 2015 (NO 28 OF 2015) - SECT 138

In registering a non-Government school, the registrar must:

    (a)     impose conditions specifying:

        (i)     the education programs the school is authorised to provide; and

        (ii)     the year levels of the school's students; and

    (b)     impose other conditions the registrar considers appropriate.
