EDUCATION ACT 2015 (NO 28 OF 2015) - SECT 153

Variation, suspension or cancellation of registration by agreement

The registrar may, by agreement with the governing body of a non-Government school and with effect from a date agreed with the governing body:

    (a)     vary the registration of the school; or

    (b)     suspend the registration of the school; or

    (c)     cancel the registration of the school.
