Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) The Minister must, no later than 5 years after the commencement of this Part, review the Part to determine whether the policy underlying it remains appropriate.
(2) The Minister must table a copy of a report of the outcome of the review in the Legislative Assembly within 12 months after the end of the period of 5 years.
