Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) An international student, or a person who intends to become an international student, who meets any eligibility criteria prescribed by regulation may apply to the principal of a Government school for enrolment in the school.
(2) The principal may enrol an applicant under subsection (1) in the school.
