EDUCATION ACT 2015 (NO 28 OF 2015) - SECT 96

    (1)     The Minister may, on any terms and conditions that the Minister considers appropriate:

    (a)     amalgamate 2 or more Government schools; or

    (b)     permanently close a Government school.

    (2)     The powers conferred by subsection (1) may be exercised in respect of part of a Government school.
