Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) The Minister must publish a decision to approve a transfer of an environmental approval under this Division as soon as practicable after the decision is made.
(2) The Minister must publish a statement of reasons for a decision to approve or refuse to approve a transfer of an environmental approval under this Division.
