ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ACT 2019 (NO 31 OF 2019) - SECT 176

Environment protection notice – purpose and issue

The CEO may issue an environment protection notice to any person under this Division for the purpose of securing compliance with:

    (a)     an environmental approval; or

    (b)     a requirement prescribed by regulation.
