Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) A specified person mentioned in section 225 is not required to notify an incident under this Division if the person is aware that the incident has already come to the notice of the CEO.
(2) A person is not required to notify an incident under this Division if the incident is an ordinary result of an action required to be taken to comply with an environmental approval or another requirement of this Act.
