ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ACT 2019 (NO 31 OF 2019) - SECT 243

The purpose of this Division is to enable the CEO to:

    (a)     give directions to remediate environmental harm or rehabilitate the environment; and

    (b)     to bring a proceeding for:

        (i)     a civil penalty order; or

        (ii)     another civil order.
