Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) A member of the Board, other than the Electrical Safety Regulator, holds office on a part-time basis, for a term not longer than 3 years specified in the appointment, and is eligible for reappointment.
(2) A member of the Board, other than the Electrical Safety Regulator, is entitled to be paid the remuneration and allowances fixed by the Minister, and otherwise holds office under the conditions of appointment fixed by the Minister.
