ELECTRICAL SAFETY ACT 2022 (NO 3 OF 2022) - SECT 107

    (1)     Meetings of the Board are held at the call of the chairperson or the Minister.

    (2)     The Board must meet at least 4 times a year.

    (3)     The chairperson of the Board:

    (a)     may call a meeting of the Board at any time; and

    (b)     must call a meeting if requested by at least 3 other members.

    (4)     The Minister may call a meeting of the Board at any time.
