Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) The person against whom disciplinary action is being taken has a right to participate in a disciplinary hearing and to legal representation.
(2) A person who is not legally represented:
(a) is entitled to be supported by and to consult with another person during an oral hearing; and
(b) is not entitled to be represented by that other person.
(3) The person may give evidence and make submissions to the Discipline Committee in relation to a disciplinary hearing.
