Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) A person who ceases to be an inspector must return the person's identity card to the Electrical Safety Regulator within 15 business days after the cessation.
(2) A person commits an offence if the person:
(a) ceases to be an inspector; and
(b) fails to return the person's identity card to the Electrical Safety Regulator within 15 business days after the cessation
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(3) An offence against subsection (2) is an offence of strict liability.
