ELECTRICAL SAFETY ACT 2022 (NO 3 OF 2022) - SECT 186

    (1)     An inspector may, by written notice, extend the time to comply with an improvement notice.

    (2)     The time may be extended more than once.

    (3)     No extension may be given after the time to comply has expired.
