Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) A person subject to a recall order must comply with the order and is liable for any cost incurred to comply with the order, including costs incurred by a supplier giving reasonable assistance under section 203 .
(2) A person commits an offence if:
(a) the person is subject to a recall order; and
(b) the person intentionally engages in conduct; and
(c) the conduct results in a failure to comply with the recall order; and
(d) the person is reckless in relation to that result.
Maximum penalty: 500 penalty units.
(3) Strict liability applies to subsection (2)(a) and (c).
