ELECTRICAL SAFETY ACT 2022 (NO 3 OF 2022) - SECT 219

    (1)     A person who gave an undertaking may at any time, with the written consent of the Electrical Safety Regulator, vary or withdraw the undertaking.

    (2)     The provisions of an undertaking relating to an alleged contravention must not be varied to provide for a different contravention.
