Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) The Court may order the person to take specified steps, within a specified period, to remedy any matter caused by the commission of the offence that appears to the Court to be within the person's power to remedy.
(2) The period in which an order under this section must be complied with may be extended one or more times by order of the Court if the application for the extension is made before the period expires.
