Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) The holder of a licence must comply with any condition or restriction imposed on the licence under this Act.
(2) A person commits an offence if the person:
(a) holds a licence; and
(b) intentionally engages in conduct; and
(c) the conduct results in contravention of a condition or restriction imposed on the licence under this Act; and
(d) the person is reckless in relation to that result.
Maximum penalty: 400 penalty units.
(3) Strict liability applies to subsection (2)(a).
