ELECTRICAL SAFETY ACT 2022 (NO 3 OF 2022) - SECT 97

Powers of Electrical Safety Regulator

    (1)     The Electrical Safety Regulator has the powers necessary to perform the Electrical Safety Regulator's functions.

    (2)     The Electrical Safety Regulator has all the powers of an inspector.
