ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS (NORTHERN TERRITORY) AMENDMENT ACT 2011 (NO 12 OF 2011) - SECT 8

(1)     Section 9(1)(a) and (b)

        (i)     as reliable as appropriate for the purpose for which the electronic communication was generated or communicated, in the light of all the circumstances, including any relevant agreement; or
