EVIDENCE (NATIONAL UNIFORM LEGISLATION) ACT 2011 (NO 33 OF 2011) - SECT 2A

The object of this Act is to make fresh provision for the law of evidence that is uniform with the following laws of the Commonwealth, New South Wales and Victoria:

    (a)     the Evidence Act 1995 (Cth) (the Commonwealth Act );

    (b)     the Evidence Act 1995 (NSW) (the NSW Act );

    (c)     the Evidence Act 2008 (Vic) (the Victorian Act ).
