Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) As soon as practicable after making a decision under this Part, the Director must give written notice of the decision to the applicant or person to whom the decision relates.
(2) The notice must state the following:
(a) the decision and the reasons for it;
(b) any right the person to whom the notice is to be given has to apply for a review of, or to appeal, the decision.
