(1)     Section 58(2)(b)(i)

, or a registered nurse who has a right of practice under the Health Practitioners Act ,

substitute

or a registered nurse

(2)     After section 58(2)

insert

    (3)     In this section:

"registered nurse" means a person registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law:

    (a)     to practise in the nursing and midwifery profession as a nurse (other than as a student); and

    (b)     in the registered nurses division of that profession.
