HEALTH SERVICES ACT 2014 (NO 18 OF 2014) - SECT 41

An SDA must not purport to:

    (a)     extend the powers of the System Manager or the Service; or

    (b)     require the System Manager, or the Service, to act in a manner inconsistent with this Act.
