HEALTH SERVICES ACT 2014 (NO 18 OF 2014) - SECT 47

    (1)     A Service must give the Minister an annual report on the performance of the Service.

    (2)     The Minister must table the report in the Legislative Assembly within 6 sitting days of receiving it.
