HEALTH SERVICES ACT 2014 (NO 18 OF 2014) - SECT 49

The System Manager must report to the Minister as soon as reasonably practicable if any of the following occurs in relation to a Service:

    (a)     the conducting of:

        (i)     a Health Service Inquiry; or

        (ii)     a Health Service Audit;

    (b)     the development of a performance improvement plan;

    (c)     the appointment of:

        (i)     a performance improvement adviser; or

        (ii)     performance improvement personnel.
