HEALTH SERVICES ACT 2014 (NO 18 OF 2014) - SECT 93

    (1)     The Hospital Networks Governing Councils Act 2012 (Act No. 12 of 2012) is repealed.

    (2)     The hospital networks established under the repealed Act, and their governing councils, are abolished.
