LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 2019 (NO 39 OF 2019) - SECT 210

    (1)     If a council fails to appoint an auditor, the Minister may make an appointment on behalf of the council.

    (2)     An auditor appointed under subsection (1) is to be paid fees fixed by the Minister.
