LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 2019 (NO 39 OF 2019) - SECT 314

Reopening of inquiry

The Minister may direct a commission of inquiry to reopen the inquiry if fresh evidence comes to light or it appears desirable for some other reason to reopen the inquiry.
