LOCAL GOVERNMENT AMENDMENT ACT 2014 (NO 19 OF 2014) - SECT 23

After section 213(1)

insert

    (1A)     The amount of the surcharge must not exceed the total of the following amounts:

    (a)     the amount of the loss suffered by the council;

    (b)     the amount incurred by the council to recover the surcharge.
