LIQUOR LEGISLATION FURTHER AMENDMENT ACT 2024 (NO 19 OF 2024) - SECT 6

After regulation 118, in Part 7, Division 2

insert

119     Infringement notices for offences relating to interim alcohol protected areas

    (1)     An offence against section 170B(1) of the Act is taken to be an infringement notice offence for these Regulations.

    (2)     The prescribed amount for the infringement notice offence specified in subregulation (1) is 2 penalty units.

    (3)     For regulation 114, section 170B(1) of the Act is taken to be specified in Schedule 6, Part 1.

    (4)     This regulation is repealed immediately after the repeal of section 170B of the Act by section 170D of the Act.
