Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) The Chief Executive Officer must provide the Commission with staff and facilities to enable it to:
(a) properly carry on the MAC business; and
(b) properly perform its other functions.
(2) The Chief Executive Officer may charge the Commission the reasonable cost of providing staff and facilities for the purpose mentioned in subsection (1)(a).
(3) Amounts charged under subsection (2) are to be paid out of the Fund.
