Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) The Commission must give to the Minister information within its possession or control when requested by the Minister to do so.
(2) If the Commission considers that any of the information should be treated as confidential, it must advise the Minister of that opinion and the reasons for it.
