Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) Each quarterly instalment of a royalty for a royalty year is calculated under section 14 and based on the value of the minerals extracted in the quarter.
(2) The calculation of the value of the mineral under subsection (1) is determined in accordance with section 15 as if a reference in that section to the royalty year were a reference to a quarter.
