Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), the period of exhibition for a proposal is 28 days starting on the day the notice of the proposal is first published in a newspaper under section 17.
(2) The Minister may determine a longer period of exhibition for a particular proposal or class of proposals.
