Section 18

repeal, insert

18     Exhibition of proposal

The Minister must exhibit the following at the place or in the manner specified under section 17(1)(b):

    (a)     a copy of the application;

    (b)     a copy of the proposal;

    (c)     a copy of any report from the Commission relevant to the proposal.
