POLICE ADMINISTRATION AMENDMENT (POWERS AND LIABILITY) ACT 2005 (NO 11 OF 2005) - SECT 16

(1)     This section amends the Associations Act .

(2)     After section 40(5) –

insert

    (5A)     The Commissioner's power of delegation under section 14(4) of the Police Administration Act does not apply to a power or function under this section.
