Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) As soon as possible after a complaint is made, an authorised officer must investigate the complaint to decide whether or not a public health nuisance exists.
(2) The authorised officer who investigates the complaint need not be the authorised officer who received the complaint.
