Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) An enforcement agency that is a body corporate must appoint the number of authorised officers it considers necessary for the proper exercise of its powers and performance of its functions.
(2) The agency must keep a list of authorised officers it appoints.
(3) Immediately after appointing an authorised officer, the agency must give written notice of the appointment to the CHO.
