Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) Sections 58 and 2015_Actp098.html#_Ref306892598">59 do not apply to anything done by an authorised person if:
(a) a particular qualification is needed to do the thing; and
(b) the person does not have that qualification.
(2) Subsection (1) applies whether or not the person has acquired, as evidence of an assumed identity, a document that indicates that the person has that qualification.
