Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) A charging entity may charge interest, at a rate determined by the entity, on charges fixed under this Part by the entity that are unpaid by the due date.
(2) Different rates may be determined for charges that remain unpaid for different periods of time.
