PORTS MANAGEMENT ACT 2015 (NO 11 OF 2015) - SECT 152

Proceedings for an offence against this Act must be commenced within:

    (a)     2 years after the commission of the alleged offence; or

    (b)     1 year after the day on which the alleged offence was first discovered.
