Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) This section applies to a port safety plan approved under section 20A of the Darwin Port Corporation Act that is in force immediately before the commencement.
(2) On and from the commencement, the plan is taken to be a port safety plan for the Port of Darwin approved by the regional harbourmaster for that port under Part 5, Division 1.
