Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered ActsA port operator of a designated port may, on giving reasonable notice to the occupier, enter any land or premises at the port for the purpose of:
(a) finding out whether a port notice is being complied with; or
(b) doing anything that the port operator is authorised to do to enforce compliance with a port notice.
