PETROLEUM ROYALTY ACT 2023 (NO 6 OF 2023) - SECT 26

    (1)     The Administrator may make regulations under this Act.

Note for subsection (1)

See section 65 of the Interpretation Act 1978 .

    (2)     A regulation may:

    (a)     prescribe fees payable under this Act; and

    (b)     apply, adopt or incorporate, with or without changes, the whole or part of a document as in force or existing at a particular time or from time to time.
