Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) The parties to an appeal are entitled to appear and to be represented by a legal practitioner during appeal proceedings.
(2) A person summoned to attend or who appears as a witness in appeal proceedings may be represented by a legal practitioner.
