RACING AND WAGERING ACT 2024 (NO 8 OF 2024) - SECT 12

Ministerial direction

    (1)     The Minister may direct the Director and the Commission in the exercise of their powers and the performance of their functions.

    (2)     The Director and the Commission must comply with any direction given by the Minister.
