RACING AND WAGERING ACT 2024 (NO 8 OF 2024) - SECT 175

    (1)     A person commits an offence if the person:

    (a)     is a wagering licensee; and

    (b)     uses sports information; and

    (c)     does not have the approval required under section  172 to use that sports information.

Maximum penalty:     1 000 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
